Managing Director, Living As A Leader®
Theresa Custer’s leadership experience spans more than 30 years, including more than a decade at the executive level. With expertise in operations management, she excelled as managing director for two large companies, managing staff of more than 500 in multiple venues nationwide.
On the Living As A Leader® team, Theresa divides her time between the responsibilities of managing director, facilitator and leadership coach. Since 2011, she has provided facilitation, training, coaching and leadership development to hundreds of leaders, from front-line supervisors to C-suite executives. She holds a professional coaching certification (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation.
Theresa is highly attuned to relationships and motivated to provide inspiration to others. She is unique in that she graduated from the Living As A Leader® series many years ago while working as an executive for another company. She witnessed firsthand the difference training and coaching makes in each leader’s development and the impact it has on the company and its bottom line.
