For forty years Rick has served as an educator, coach, counselor, trainer/facilitator and organizational consultant.
Since 1996, he has helped organizations across the country build cultures of excellence through leadership development, performance management, facilitation, conflict resolution and executive coaching. Rick also wrote the Responsibility-Based Performance Management – a systemic approach to culture change, leadership development and performance management.
