Meet John Rutkiewicz

John has more than 25 years of experience as a leader and manager in fields ranging from sales and marketing to customer service, financial services and human resources. Since 1993, he has delivered facilitation, training, coaching and leadership-development services to help leaders and other business professionals reach higher levels of effectiveness and success.

John has personally trained and coached hundreds of leaders, from front-line supervisors to C-suite executives. In all of his interactions – whether with a large audience or one-on-one – John brings warmth, humor, insight and compassion, all driven by his deep desire to help leaders grow their positive impact.

  • Registered Corporate Coach™ with the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches since 2005 
  • Certified in various assessment tools, including DISC, MBTI, TKI and FIRO-B 
  • Trained in mediation and conflict resolution 
  • Certified as a support group facilitator by the Counseling Center of Milwaukee 
  • Earned MS in human resource development and organizational leadership, University of Wisconsin - Milwaukee
