Please complete the information below so that we may mail you the Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI) and your coach will be able to reach out to you.  After you complete this information, please click submit below and you will be directed to a new page to pay by credit card.

• You will be redirected to this product on our digital store.  Once you’ve entered your contact information and your credit card is processed, you will receive a receipt for your payment.  Your information will automatically set up your profile in our mobile app and eLearning platform. Click the button below to access your welcome and get started information.
• You will receive an email requesting that you set up a unique password.  Your username will be the email address you enter below.  You will create your own password which you will need to access the eLearning platform and mobile app.
• Your leadership coach will be in touch with you via email within three business days.  They will be able to answer any questions you have and will work with you throughout the Series until completion.
