Supporting our clients most valuable resource – their people – is what truly drives Alison. Her mission is to support an organization’s ability to make great leaders by providing leadership training and coaching, with more than three decades of experience. Alison has worked with employees at every organizational level, ranging from individual contributors to C-suite executives across diverse industries worldwide.
Alison joined the Living As A Leader Team in 2017 as a facilitator and leadership coach. She focuses on the delivery of the Leadership Development Series workshops, small group, and one-on-one coaching. She is passionate about the “steady progress over time” approach because she can guide participating leaders through the challenges they face as they learn and grow throughout the development process.
