In addition to your LeaderTrak Lens video courses, you’ll have access to the Living As A Leader mobile app. You will continue to have limited perpetual access to the mobile app even after completing the series.

•    Executive Summaries
•    And more

To access the mobile app, you’ll first need to set up a password. Your username will be your work email address.

Set Up Your Password

Once your login is created:

•    Visit the Apple App Store or Google Play Store
•    Search for Living As A Leader
•    Download the app to your smartphone and/or tablet
•    Log in using your username and password

*NOTE: You will also have access to our eLearning via the mobile app, however, you will not need to access this, as you will be participating in our new LeaderTrak Lens video learning courses. 

You should have received a separate email from us with your logon information and temporary password for the LeaderTrak Lens platform. Your available video-learning courses will appear in the left-hand menu for easy access.

You can also access the LeaderTrak Lens platform anytime by selecting LeaderTrak from the top navigation menu on our website, as well as the button on your resource page, and from the main menu on your mobile app. 
 

Before beginning the Understand Your Leadership Style course, please complete the DISC Style Assessment. Once finished, your personalized report will be sent directly to you so you can use it alongside your course and workbook. 

The assessment takes about 10-15 minutes to complete. For the best results:

• Choose a time when you are calm, relaxed, and free from distractions. 
• Go with your first instinct.  Try not to overthink your responses. There are no right or wrong answers.
• Answer honestly based on how you naturally tend to behave, not how you think you should respond. 

These approaches help ensure the most accurate and meaningful results.

Take the DISC Assessment 
 

Before beginning the Resolve Conflict course, you will receive instructions from your facilitator to complete the Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument (TKI). Your completed assessment will be used throughout the course and alongside your workbook. 

As a participant of LeaderTrak Lens, a key factor in your success will be the manner in which you incorporate and use the workbook while you take the video-learning courses.
