Train-the-Trainer (aka T3) Certification support includes:

• LeaderTrak T3 User Group Library - Training videos, facilitator resources, downloads, and tools to help trainers prepare for and deliver LeaderTrak workshops and coaching, while supporting participants in applying what they learn on the job.
• Mentorship from a Living As A Leader Coach/Facilitator - During certification, trainers receive practical guidance and feedback as they learn to facilitate LeaderTrak workshops and coaching.
• T3 User Group Community - Certified trainers meet monthly with Living As A Leader coach/facilitators and fellow T3 trainers to share best practices, ask questions, troubleshoot challenges, and explore new ways to engage participants.
• Access to Licensed Living As A Leader Materials - Certified trainers are licensed to use our proprietary tools, handouts, and digital resources, with access to order participant binders, workbooks, and LeaderTrak Lens video courses for their organization.
