Lauren has been a business leader for over 25 years and is very familiar with the challenges and demands of today’s quickly evolving global business environment. Her background includes management experience in manufacturing, healthcare and publishing, as well as board leadership roles in the nonprofit sector.
With expertise in communication, strategic planning, organization and leadership development, process improvement and coaching, she has a fully integrated perspective on the issues leaders and organizations face during periods of growth and change.
During her career as a manager of people, Lauren discovered a passion for training and coaching acquiring a diverse set of skills and tools along the way.
