Cindy Jansen is a strategic business partner and creative HR professional with 18+ years of proven leadership and experience in talent acquisition, performance management and employee relations coaching entry level to the C- suite. Cindy spent her career in human resources leveraging the inherent talent of employees while directly impacting bottom line results. She has worked in the non-profit and profit space.
Cindy has a passion and internal desire to support leaders across all disciplines and industries to build leadership awareness, which is why she decided to join the Living As A Leader team in 2017. She focuses on working in-house with leaders to provide workshop facilitation, coaching and consulting services.
Cindy is a graduate of our inaugural Train-the-Trainer certification in 2016.
Cindy holds a Bachelor of Arts from UW-Whitewater and a Masters of Business Administration from Cardinal Stritch University.
