In 1996, Aleta Norris and Nancy Lewis co-founded Impact Consulting Group, LLC.  Impact is a broad-service organizational development firm and the parent company of the Living As A Leader™ division, which was founded in 2003.  Together, Aleta and Nancy have authored more than 40 training programs for leaders, front-line work teams, customer service professionals and sales professionals.

Kim spent 18 years with a local Sales and Marketing Consulting firm, holding a variety of management and executive positions.  She specialized in Sales Integration, Relationship Management, Process Design and Implementation, and Change Management while working in a variety of industries.  Her experience of over 20 years has equipped her to provide training, recruiting and coaching services.

Theresa Custer

Theresa has worked in the mortgage industry for the past 30 years, both on the east coast and in the Midwest. She has been a leader of people for more than 20 years, at the executive level for the past decade. Her expertise is in operations management, having served as Managing Director of Operations for two very large companies, managing staff of more than 400 individuals in multiple offices and venues nationwide. In addition to her significant experience as a leader and coach, Theresa has a strong background in client relations, sales, training and process development.

Theresa divides her time between the multiple roles of coach and Managing Director. As the Managing Director, she is responsible for strategic development and growth, as well as client relationships and satisfaction.

Theresa is a relationship individual, highly motivated and inspirational in her approach with others. She is unique in that she graduated from the Living As A Leader series many years ago while working in a senior leadership position for another company. Mark is active in his profession, serving on the Board of Directors since 2004 for the Wisconsin Professional Speakers Association.  He also served on the Board for five years for the SEWI Chapter of the American Society for Training & Development (ASTD), leading the chapter to a very successful year as President in 2002.  Mark also served on the 2003 Board of Examiners for the Wisconsin Forward Award, which recognizes organizations for performance excellence.
