In 1996, Aleta Norris and Nancy Lewis co-founded Impact Consulting Group, LLC. Impact is a broad-service organizational development firm and the parent company of the Living As A Leader™ division, which was founded in 2003. Together, Aleta and Nancy have authored more than 40 training programs for leaders, front-line work teams, customer service professionals and sales professionals.

Aleta Norris

High Level Work Experience Aleta began her organizational development consulting career in 1988 at Human Resources Development Center, a Wilson Learning Agency owned by Humber, Mundie and McClary. There, she worked as a contract facilitator and project consultant, primarily in manufacturing environments. During the past 20 years, she has worked with organizations in multiple industries helping to maximize human potential through training and support of leaders and front-line employees.
Role on Living As A Leader™ Team Aleta divides her time between the multiple roles of facilitator, coach, author, administrator and strategist for the implementation and growth of Living As A Leader™, both locally and nationally.
Unique Trait Aleta's style is one of genuine sincerity, kindness and firm accountability. Her goal is to make a difference in the lives of the leaders she supports, as well as the employees they serve.

Nancy Lewis

High Level Work Experience Nancy has worked in the field of training and organizational development for over 20 years. She worked as a Training Director for two large Milwaukee-based companies for 12 years and has since served as business owner and consultant to a wide variety of industries. Nancy possesses a strong balance of business acumen, leadership expertise, and a proven track record in consulting and training along with a focus on results.
Role on Living As A Leader™ Team Nancy divides her time between the multiple roles of facilitator, coach, author, leader and strategist for the growth and implementation of Living As A Leader™.

Elizabeth Thelen
Education Master of Science Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology Numerous certifications in training programs, assessments, and process facilitation
High Level Work Experience Elizabeth began her professional career at Human Resources Development Center, a Wilson Learning Agency and owned by Humber, Mundie & McClary. She started as an intern and left as President to start her business, Be!, in 1998.
Elizabeth has supported business goals through training and organizational development processes for over 15 years. Specifically, she focuses on coaching individuals to align with the goals and group facilitation to gain skill development and understanding in a variety of areas from leadership to career development.
Working with numerous industries, including manufacturing and professional service firms, she has real experience in the trenches supervising others and leading a business through change.
Role on Living As A Leader™ Team Elizabeth offers her skills as both a facilitator and coach to the Living As A Leader™ program.
Unique Trait Elizabeth's philosophy is to meet people where they are in life and bring that point in alignment with their goals, business goals and what the person says they are going to do. Patrice McGuire

High Level Work Experience A Human Resources and Training professional for over 15 years, Patrice has worked in a variety of industries including financial services, manufacturing, retail, engineering, construction, non-profit, and call center environments. In these environments she has been able to implement competency models, employee selection strategies, customized training programs, facilitation, leadership development, business coaching, performance management systems and personal accountability programs. Her areas of expertise are aligning individual, team and manager behaviors with the organization's business strategies and creating accountability in performance development.
Role on Living As A Leader™ Team Patrice's work experience with Living As A Leader™ ranges from facilitating the modules to coaching participants. Patrice has also worked in-house with clients to provide training on the leadership concepts in which the Living As A Leader™ program has been founded.

Amanda Tiffany

High Level Work Experience Prior to joining Impact Consulting Group's Living As A Leader division, Amanda worked for Johnson & Johnson, a Fortune 50 company, in sales, training and management. Prior to that she worked at MSOE (Milwaukee School of Engineering) as the Director of Admissions.
Role on Living As A Leader™ Team Amanda serves as a leadership coach, trainer and facilitator for Living As A Leader participants.

Kim Albrecht

Her experience of over 20 years has equipped her to provide training, recruiting and coaching services.
