Living As A Leader™ Team In 1996, Aleta Norris and Nancy Lewis co-founded Impact Consulting Group, LLC. Impact is a broad-service organizational development firm and the parent company of the Living As A Leader™ division, which was founded in 2003. Together, Aleta and Nancy have authored more than 40 training programs for leaders, front-line work teams, customer service professionals and sales professionals.

She worked as a Training Director for two large Milwaukee-based companies for 12 years and has since served as business owner and consultant to a wide variety of industries. Nancy possesses a strong balance of business acumen, leadership expertise, and a proven track record in consulting and training along with a focus on results. Role on Living As A Leader™ Team Nancy divides her time between the multiple roles of facilitator, coach, author, leader and strategist for the growth and implementation of Living As A Leader™. Kim Albrecht High Level Work Experience Kim spent 18 years with a local Sales and Marketing Consulting firm, holding a variety of management and executive positions. She specialized in Sales Integration, Relationship Management, Process Design and Implementation, and Change Management while working in a variety of industries. Her experience of over 20 years has equipped her to provide training, recruiting and coaching services. Role on Living As A Leader™ Team Kim serves as both a facilitator and coach for Living As A Leader™. Unique Trait Kim has extensive management experience and has the ability and conviction to help apply the leadership concepts and models in practical ways in the workplace. Theresa Custer Education Maryland University, College Park, MD High Level Work Experience Theresa has worked in the mortgage industry for the past 30 years, both on the east coast and in the Midwest. She has been a leader of people for more than 20 years, at the executive level for the past decade. Her expertise is in operations management, having served as Managing Director of Operations for two very large companies, managing staff of more than 400 individuals in multiple offices and venues nationwide. In addition to her significant experience as a leader and coach, Theresa has a strong background in client relations, sales, training and process development. Role on Living As A Leader™ Team Theresa divides her time between the multiple roles of coach and Managing Director. As the Managing Director, she is responsible for strategic development and growth, as well as client relationships and satisfaction. She is unique in that she graduated from the Living As A Leader series many years ago while working in a senior leadership position for another company. Mark J. In these environments she has been able to implement competency models, employee selection strategies, customized training programs, facilitation, leadership development, business coaching, performance management systems and personal accountability programs. Her areas of expertise are aligning individual, team and manager behaviors with the organization's business strategies and creating accountability in performance development.
