What is the Living As A Leader™ Series?

This professional development series consists of two critical elements for supporting the growth and development of leaders – monthly skill development training sessions and personal coaching sessions with a leadership coach, working together to help ensure application of knowledge and skill in the workplace.

Who is the intended audience?

Supervisors, Middle Managers and Senior Leaders – in any organization, in any industry.  The monthly skill development content is valuable for leaders at all levels in an organization.  Personal coaching sessions with a leadership coach help to ensure application at the appropriate level.

When and where is the Living As A Leader™ Series available?

The Wacker Neuson Corporation will host the series at their corporate headquarters in Menomonee Falls.

What is the investment?

The series includes a one-time fee for program materials and then a monthly fee, which includes the monthly skill building session as well as the one-hour monthly coaching session.  Payment can be made monthly, quarterly or in one payment.

The Living As A Leader™ Series was developed to provide organizations the opportunity to enroll leaders in a developmental process built on the concept of ‘steady progress over time.’  This approach is beneficial to the development of the leader as well as the cash flow of the organization.  Plan to enroll one or two of your leaders in each series.

Supervisors receive support for the critical transition from high-achieving individual contributor to a leadership role within the organization.     

Middle Managers receive support in mastering leadership skills, further ensuring their steady transition away from the individual contributor mindset to ‘leader of people.'

Senior Leaders and Executives, many of whom we see struggle with “I know they’re not doing it the way I would like them to, though I’m not sure how to correct it."  The series is a particularly excellent reminder to senior leaders and executives of what their middle managers and supervisors should be doing!  Further, they become equipped with the coaching skills to support the effectiveness of their leaders.
