The Living As A Leader™ Series was developed to provide organizations the opportunity to enroll leaders in a developmental process built on the concept of ‘steady progress over time.’ This approach is beneficial to the development of the leader as well as the cash flow of the organization. Plan to enroll one or two of your leaders in each series.
Team Leaders and Group Leaders receive support for the critical transition from high-achieving individual contributor to a leadership role within the organization. Most importantly, they will be equipped with skills to influence others, particularly their peer group.
Project Team Leaders receive support in mastering the skills to influence the work of individuals who are juggling multiple priorities and responding to the requests of their formal leader.
