Leadership is a serious responsibility.  From our experience, few leaders are intuitively effective in holding their employees accountable, creating inspiration and approaching each day with a mindset of service to employees!

 

Leadership is an accidental career.  The number one reason people become leaders is because they are good at their jobs.  Leadership is different.  We encourage leaders to become intentional in learning how to provide leadership.  Also, we encourage leaders to think about who they will be as a leader.
