Living As A Leader™ Graduate Sessions Register

Based on your feedback, this year we are offering two follow-up sessions for Living As A Leader™ Graduates. The sessions will be a blend of Living As A Leader™ reminders as well as roundtable discussions on leadership successes and challenges. We will also introduce a new leadership topic.

Join us for an interactive graduate session and an opportunity to meet other LAAL graduates to discuss leadership successes, challenges, and best practices among your peers. We will also present Generational Challenges and Differences in the workplace. For the first time in history, four generations work side-by-side and cubicle-to-cubicle. Leaders who take time to educate themselves about what drives each generation, what motivates each generation, and how each generation views the others will be better equipped to serve the needs of their team.
