  • Leadership Across Generations Workshops
In today’s typical work environment, four generations are required to work collaboratively together.  Each generation has preferences related to their careers.  The way these preferences are pursued and expressed can vary greatly between generations.  These differences can be manifested in the workplace as conflict and confusion.  Leaders and employees who take time to educate themselves about what drives each generation, what motivates each generation, and how each generation views the others help them to better serve the needs of their teams and the organization.

We offer two workshops, one for leaders and one for employees.  The purpose of each is to equip participants with knowledge, tools and strategies to more effectively lead or work with the four different generations within the workplace.

These sessions will introduce differences and share concepts to increase teamwork and productivity across generations. Participants will participate in a board game activity, process through sample case studies and address a real-life situation of generational challenges.
