We are so glad 2010 has arrived! 2009 was a challenging year, and many things changed in the organizations we support. Leaders are questioning where to begin. How do they get things back on track and moving along? When work environments are healthy, step one is setting EXPECTATIONS. This is even more important as we think about the many changes that have taken place.

Join us for our next leadership breakfast, where we will share methods to establish agreed-upon expectations, both at the team and the individual level. The key is involving your people in this crucial step. We’ll show you how! We hope you will join us.
