A word from the founders:

Thank you for taking a few moments to browse our Living As A Leader™ services, as well as programs and services available to leaders in the development of their own staffs. 

Living As A Leader™ services are offered by Impact Consulting Group.  Impact was founded in 1996 because of our desire to make a difference in the lives of people within organizations, as well as to impact the bottom line of the organizations we serve.  Over the years, we have responded to the diverse needs of leaders and employees and now have a significant number of resources available to organizations.  In particular, we have experienced the privilege of working with many sincere, conscientious leaders.  Much of our work continues to be focused in developing resources to help leaders develop in a steady-progress-over-time approach.

Numerous organizations in the southeast Wisconsin area have come to rely on Living As A Leader™ services to support the professional development of their leaders at all levels.  Our talented team of facilitators and coaches work together to meet the diverse needs of our client organizations.
